Purisaki Order Caused Duplicate Charges Without Confirmation
On March 29, 2026, I placed an online order for 4 boxes of Purisaki belly patches. Immediately after placing the order, within the same minute, I noticed that my credit card was charged three separate times consecutively. In my mobile banking app, these transactions appear under the description “Trypurisaki.com Kaunas” with amounts of approximately $55, $85, and $90.
I did not receive any order confirmation via SMS or email, nor was I provided with an order number. When I tried to contact the company after the transaction, I realized that the listed phone number was an international number, making it impossible to establish proper communication.
I have not received any products, and I do not accept or approve these multiple charges.
I request that all three unauthorized charges be refunded to my credit card immediately and that any related orders be canceled without delay.
