Puma RS-x3 line Sneakers Faded, Falling Apart

I bought some Puma sneakers back in July 2022. At first, I was like "wow, these are comfy and lookin' good!" But, like, after just 8 months of using them all the time, I noticed they were like, totally falling apart, these shoes are looking pretty rough. They've totally lost their color and are falling apart. These kicks are from the popular RS-x3 line, which is known for being top-notch. Oh no, the suede parts have faded quite a bit! I can't seem to clean or wipe the shoes without messing up their color even more. I've been buying Puma stuff forever and this is the first time I've been let down by their gear. I really hope Puma can fix this by letting me exchange it. This model is not up to their usual quality standards. It's a bummer that these shoes are hard to wear outside because the color keeps fading, even in the sun. If Puma keeps saying it's your fault, it's gonna make me think twice about buying from them again, these shoes look like they've been worn for at least five years. The quality is just so poor. Also, the stuff written on the bottom of the shoes on both sides seems kinda sketchy. It's super annoying when they reply to my review saying something like, "Hey there! We checked out your product and didn't find any issues with how it was made." So, we can't take your return request. Thanks for understanding! I can't, there is nothing to understand. I complained here and then the customer service team reached me, saying they got my back and will help me out. But then they took back what they said, which was a bummer. Thanks, Puma, for hooking me up with this dope experience! I've decided that I won't be buying your stuff anymore.
