I bought a pair of Puma Smash Perf Puma Black-Asphalt shoes, but they quickly deformed. On January 8, 2024, I registered a complaint via email with photos of the product. After receiving no response, I emailed [email protected] again on February 6, 2024, and called at least 10 times, but I couldn't get any solution. I didn't even receive a response. Puma shouldn't be such an unreliable brand that fails to keep its promises and leaves its customers in distress. I will never shop with them again.
