Amazon Did Not Refund Me for Charged Surge 4 Shoes I Returned Due to Size

I ordered a pair of Charged Surge 4 Men's Grey Running Shoes (model 3027000-106) from Amazon on March 20, 2025. Since the size didn’t fit me, I returned the item as instructed. However, despite weeks passing, I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve contacted customer service regularly—almost every week—and each time I’ve been given vague responses about warehouse and shipping procedures. These back-and-forth explanations have made the process unnecessarily difficult for me. As of today, the refund is still pending, and there seems to be no clarity or urgency from Amazon’s side. I followed all the return steps as required, and yet I’m the one left dealing with the consequences. I simply want the money I paid for a product I no longer have.
