Puma Denies Liability for Poor Quality Shoes

On July 3rd, I delivered my shoes to the In Street store for inspection. I received the results a month later, after wearing them only 5 times during that time period. They claimed at one point that there was no manufacturing flaw. I resent them, but this time I never received a call or email with a response. I'm the one who is always looking for my shoes. I accept responsibility for the peeling of shoes that have been worn 3-5 times. No matter how good the material is, the shoes peel as soon as I buy them. However, it appears that this is not due to manufacturing issues. Puma and In Street both deny responsibility. It's a complete disaster. My next grievance will be filed with the Consumer Rights Court.
