I Wore My Nike Shoes for 4 Months and the Leather Peeled

I bought a pair of Nike shoes from In Street about four months ago, expecting durability and quality from a brand like Nike. But to my disappointment, the shoes started wearing out way too soon. The leather began peeling, and overall they looked far more worn than they should for such a short period of use.
I sent the shoes in for warranty evaluation, thinking it would be a straightforward process. But just a week later, I was told the damage was due to user error—as if I’d done something wrong. I’ve worn countless shoes from many different brands and have never experienced leather peeling like this. This is the first time I’ve seen such poor quality from a supposed premium product.
