Puma Children's Sports Shoes Issue - Request for Resolution


I bought a pair of Puma kids' athletic shoes from a shoe store. In a mere two months, the soles of the shoes I purchased for a considerable sum suffered damage. The store sent them to Puma for inspection, and the response I received yesterday indicated that it was due to a mistake on the user's part. It's surprising how a 9-year-old child can do so much damage to the sole of a shoe.
Puma's quality and dedication have noticeably declined.
