U.S. Polo Assn Bente Sneakers Tore In Sixty Days - Warranty Rejected

I purchased a U.S. POLO ASSN. BENTE 5PR White Men’s Sneaker (barcode: 8684626326403) from FLO on 16.10.2025 for ₺2,399.99 with a credit card. Although the product has a 6‑month warranty, within 60 days of normal daily use, tearing occurred on the upper of both shoes and the heel lining wore out. Because I considered this situation to be a production or product-related defect, I sent the shoes for inspection on 12.10.2025. In the first inspection with reference code FP251212-541-0279031, I was informed that the problem was user-related. I then contacted FLO customer service by phone and clearly stated that I used the product under normal conditions and that I did not accept the “user-related fault” conclusion. The customer representative told me that I could send the product for inspection again, so I resent the shoes for a second examination on 17.12.2025. However, in the second inspection with reference code FP251217-180-0287819, they once again concluded that the defect was user-related and did not offer any solution to my grievance. Currently the product is with me and I do not use it due to the defect. I have been meeting my footwear needs from FLO and IN STREET stores for about 5 years and I am experiencing such a problem for the first time. I request that this defective product issue be resolved by either replacing the sneakers with a new pair or refunding the product price of ₺2,399.99, and that my grievance be remedied. I also expect the authorized persons to review such assessment processes more carefully so that similar grievances do not occur for other customers in the future.
