I bought a pair of Puma shoes from the FLO store at Tokat Novada Mall about two and a half months ago. They cost me 1600TL. The shoes are leaking water now. When I gave them back, they said it wasn't their fault. Why would a shoe that's only 2.5 months old suddenly start allowing water to seep in from the bottom? Where is the customer satisfaction in this situation? I've decided that I won't be shopping at FLO anymore, and I've let my family and friends know about it. They won't go shopping there either.
