My Brand New Puma Shoes Leak Water
I bought a pair of Puma shoes from the FLO store at Tokat Novada Mall about two and a half months ago. They cost me 1600TL. The shoes are leaking water now. When I gave them back, they said it wasn't their fault. Why would a shoe that's only 2.5 months old suddenly start allowing water to seep in from the bottom? Where is the customer satisfaction in this situation? I've decided that I won't be shopping at FLO anymore, and I've let my family and friends know about it. They won't go shopping there either. I can't forgive how I've been treated and I think I deserve a solution. I purchased a pair of Puma shoes for 1600 Turkish Lira at the FLO store in Tokat Novada Mall about 2.5 months ago. Thank you for responding to my request. I bought these shoes from the Tokat Novada FLO store, and I contacted the store. They blamed the defect of the 2-month-old shoes on me. They victimized me. When I was purchasing, the gentleman assured me that if I faced any issues, I could bring them back for an exchange, no matter what. I paid 1600 TL for these shoes. The person who sold me these shoes earned a commission from me. Please, as Puma, address my grievance. There is a soft tissue under these shoes that is leaking water. They didn't even repair the shoes.
