Puma Denied My Complaint Despite Early Wear and Seam Tear

On December 12, 2024, I bought three pairs of Puma sports shoes from the Puma store. The price I paid was a little over $48 per pair. It was my first time choosing Puma, but after the problems I experienced, I regret the purchase. One pair developed a seam tear on the upper part in a short time, and the others became seriously deformed before even one year had passed.
When I took the damaged pair to the store for inspection, they directed me to submit an online request and upload photos. Even though I uploaded all the required photos, my request was rejected with the explanation that it was “not a manufacturing defect.” However, my concern is not about a single production error—it's about the shoes being poor-quality and not durable overall. The fact that they wore out so quickly and developed a seam tear on top clearly shows that they are not worth the price I paid.
I have used Adidas and Nike for years, and when I had an issue, they prioritized customer satisfaction and resolved the situation without making things difficult. Puma, on the other hand, gave me the impression of a brand that doesn’t stand behind its products and makes the process exhausting for customers.
I request that my product be re-evaluated, the shoes be replaced, and my grievance resolved. I am sharing this complaint both to resolve my issue and to inform consumers who may be considering Puma. I will add my application or inspection reference number if I can locate it.
