I'm looking for some advice and to see if anyone else has had a similar experience. I recently bought a gift for my boyfriend for our anniversary, it was shipped on January 9th and ever since then, it's been a complete mystery. The company I bought it from is very irresponsible and they can't seem to control the cargo company they work with. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated as my boyfriend's anniversary has been ruined. I will not be shopping with this company again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know about this negative experience, to prevent them from making the same mistake. Has anyone else had a similar experience with this company or any other company? I would like to hear your thoughts and suggestions on how to proceed.
