Pull and Bear Order Waiting in the Approved Section for 5 Days and Not Shipped

placed order number 20181536661 from Pull&Bear on December 7 for our anniversary gift with high hopes. However, the status is still stuck at "Confirmed," and despite the estimated delivery time being set between December 13-14, today is already December 12, and the item hasn't been shipped yet. This delay is causing significant distress, especially considering the special occasion it is intended for. I ordered in advance considering any normal delays and all but now my ordinary order fails to progress beyond the confirmation stage...
