Pull and Bear Zipper Broke After Few Uses and Store Refused to Accept the Return

I bought a product from Pull and Bear, and after wearing it only two or three times, the zipper completely broke. I took the item back to the store, expecting at least a fair evaluation, but the staff refused to accept it and showed no interest in resolving the issue.

What frustrated me even more was the dismissive attitude of the employees—they treated me like I was just a problem to get rid of, and clearly didn’t stand behind their product. Meanwhile, a friend of mine had the exact same issue with the same brand, and their return was accepted without any problem. It seems that store staff handle things however they feel like, instead of following consistent policies.

I’m asking Pull and Bear to stand by the quality of their products and offer a proper solution—either a refund or exchange. Customers shouldn’t be left at the mercy of inconsistent store behavior. I expect professionalism, consistency, and accountability.
