I bought a pair of shoes from Pull and Bear Online. Since the weather only recently started getting warmer, I’ve worn them just three or four times. However, both shoes have started to come apart on the inner sides, and cracks have formed on the front. It’s obvious that the material is poor quality, as I’ve never experienced this kind of wear and tear with shoes from other brands after such limited use. I reported the issue to Pull and Bear, but they responded by saying it wasn’t their fault. It’s hard to understand how they can deny responsibility when the product is theirs and the quality issue is so clear. After this experience, I’ll never shop from them again and strongly recommend others think twice before buying.
