I just recently used the Pull Bear app to place an order with the number 20150095043, and while that order has been fulfilled, I am still awaiting the delivery of two other products that I had previously ordered. In spite of the fact that the allotted time for delivery has passed, I have not been given any information regarding the two products that are still outstanding, nor has anyone attempted to contact me in order to apologize.
