PUBG UC Missing After Paid Purchase on Oyun Dinarı Website
On February 7, 2026 at around 5:47 p.m., I purchased 1,800 UC for the PUBG game through the Oyun Dinarı website. I paid 430 TL for this purchase using my in-game account with the ID 5266****27. However, only 120 UC were credited to my account.
When I reported this to a customer representative via live support, I was told that the first credited UC were “random,” and that on the second purchase, the UC would be credited at twice the amount. Before this, another customer representative had explicitly told me that the UC I purchased would be credited in full to my account. Being given two different and contradictory explanations clearly indicates that the site is not trustworthy.
When I requested that the missing UC be credited, I was told that they could neither issue the missing UC nor issue a refund. After that, I was blocked on live support and can no longer reach support through the website.
I request that the full 1,800 UC I purchased for 430 TL be correctly credited to my PUBG account and that the grievance I have suffered in this process be resolved.
