I Face Missing UC Balance Issue on PUBG Mobile After Successful Payment

On 12/08/2025 at 14:33, I purchased 320 UC for my PUBG Mobile account (ID: 5127****160) via internet banking. The payment of ₺169.99 was successfully processed, and my bank account shows the transaction as completed with reference number 653325. However, even after several hours, the UC has still not been credited to my account.

This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and while I have not yet contacted customer service, I find it unacceptable that the payment was taken but the purchased UC was not delivered. I am currently unable to enjoy the game as planned because of this delay.

I request that the 320 UC I paid for be credited to my account immediately and that PUBG Mobile review its payment processing system to prevent similar issues in the future.
