I Face Missing 325 UC in PUBG Mobile After Paying ₺179.99

On September 15, 2025, I purchased 325 UC in PUBG Mobile for ₺179.99 using my Visa card. The payment was completed successfully, and the amount was deducted from my account. However, the UC was never credited to my PUBG account.

On the same day, I also purchased a smaller package (60 UC), and that transaction worked perfectly—those UC were delivered instantly. But for the 325 UC purchase, nothing was credited to my account.

I did not receive any error messages, and this is the first time I have encountered such an issue. My PUBG account ID is 5203*28. So far, I have not contacted PUBG customer support or my bank, and I have not requested a refund yet.

I am requesting that either the 325 UC be delivered immediately to my account or that a full refund of ₺179.99 be issued without delay.
