I Face Missing UC Balance After PUBG Purchase on Hesapkantin

On September 14, I purchased a standard PUBG UC package from Hesapkantin using my credit card. The order number is 5229****430, and the total amount I paid was ₺2200.
Although the payment was successfully processed, my UC balance was never credited to my PUBG account. I waited for a reasonable amount of time, but the UC still did not appear.
I also tried to reach customer support, but the support line was closed, and I was not able to get any response or clarification. No updates, emails, or in-app notifications were provided to explain the delay.
This is the first time I have faced such an issue with UC loading, and it has left me disappointed and unable to use the content I paid for.
I am requesting that my purchased UC be credited immediately, or, if that is not possible, I expect a full refund of ₺2200 without further delay. Customers should not be left without service after making a confirmed payment.
