I Face Missing 200 TL PUBG UC Purchase From Randum (Vezirbey)

About two and a half days ago, I purchased PUBG UC worth ₺200 using my bank card through Randum (Vezirbey). While placing the order, I entered my in-game ID: 5360****79.
However, despite the payment being completed, no UC has been credited to my PUBG account. I also never received any order number or confirmation. I waited, thinking the issue might resolve itself, but nothing has changed.
I have not yet contacted customer support, but I do have the payment receipt as proof. At this point, I demand either that my UC be delivered immediately or that the ₺200 payment be refunded.
This experience has left me disappointed, and from now on, I plan to make purchases only through the official PUBG website. I expect this issue to be resolved as quickly as possible to prevent further frustration.
