Requesting Refund or UC Delivery for PUBG Mobile Order Not Completed

On September 30, with order number 2034 through Pre Satış, I paid ₺254.9 via bank transfer to purchase a UC top-up for my PUBG Mobile account. However, even after two days, the UC has still not been credited to my account.

The PUBG Mobile ID I used during the order is 5144*****94. I also have the payment receipt as proof. After the purchase, I tried to reach customer service, but I have not received any response.

I am requesting either that the UC be credited to my account as soon as possible or that the amount I paid be refunded to me.
