I Face Hacked Account Issue on PUBG Mobile Linked to Facebook on Android

My PUBG Mobile account, which was linked to Facebook on my Android device, was hacked on November 8, 2025, and I have been unable to access it since. My in-game username is "Albina" and my player ID is 516542. The account is registered with my email address a***********@gmail.com** and my phone number **5056*87.

I contacted PUBG Mobile’s support team immediately after noticing the breach, but I have not received a positive resolution. In the past, I faced a similar situation but was able to recover my account. This time, however, my account has been completely taken over. Just before the hack, I had purchased 6000 UC via Medaspay, and my account had two-factor authentication enabled for extra security. The hack originated from Denizli/Dazkırı.

I request that my account be fully restored to me, along with all my purchased items and progress. I urge PUBG Mobile to investigate this case urgently, strengthen account security measures, and ensure that players are not left unprotected against such breaches. My time, money, and effort invested in this account must not go to waste.
