Pronet Alarm and Security Systems Informed Me About Fees After Installation

Camera and alarm systems were installed by Pronet Alarm and Security Systems for my workplace on 6.06.2023. Camera Installation was done by Cınar Group. However, I have been misinformed about the fee, tariff and usage, and after the installation phase, a separate price has been issued for the fee, tariff and usage. The information given before the installation stated that the features that they stated were included in the fee were subject to additional tariffs and charges after the installation - the camera and the alarm system were not integrated with each other, and the monitoring feature on the mobile phone was not available - and an overpayment was made. Based on this, I did not accept the installation and use on 10.06.2023 and contacted the parties to cancel the contract. They were called by Pronet on 12.06.2023 and informed me that an additional fee (8600₺) had to be paid to cancel the contract and installation. Reminding them that the 15-day period has not expired while the installation period has passed just a few days, I declare that I will use all my legal rights based on this unfair demand and gain, and I will not give up on my complaint and demand and submit that the necessary action is taken.
