Pronet Security Camera Scam Complaint

I spoke with Mr. Ş****. Pronet's representative offered me a package with four indoor cameras, two outdoor cameras, and all in 2K resolution, priced at ₺993 plus VAT, which I agreed to. All these details were confirmed in our phone conversations, which were recorded. When he came to present the contract, it was quite long. As I started reading it, he said, "Brother, there's no need to read it. I'm late for iftar, the call to prayer is about to start." I trusted him and signed the contract.
Immediately after signing, a Pronet customer representative called to confirm the price again. Knowing this, Mr. Ş**** took the phone and said, "It's not for you, they will ask me questions." Apparently, they quoted everything at extra costs. He approved everything on my behalf, and this is all recorded in Pronet's call logs from March 22, 2024, at 16:59. I have all the recordings.
Later, they only installed the door lock and a few other items, then asked for extra money. I told them to remove those, as I had only agreed to the cameras and sensors for ₺993 plus VAT. It turned out everything was a lie. Each camera was ₺400 plus VAT, which I discovered later. Despite reporting my complaints to Pronet, they didn't care. I then referred the matter to my lawyer, who contacted Mr. Ş****. Mr. Ş**** began calling immediately, saying, "I'll resolve it, let me hand it over to someone else, don't complain about me, I'll handle it." For the past month, they've been stalling every day.
