Pronet Charged Me ₺9000 After Cancellation and Refused to Refund Overpaymentsy

We agreed with Pronet to pay a monthly fee of ₺850 at first, but my bills went up to ₺1400 the next month without warning. I chose to end the service, and on May 15, 2023, the cams and system were taken away. But even though my contract ended on November 1, 2023, I kept getting bills. Because of automatic payments, I didn't realize it until I had paid an extra ₺9000 from May to October. When I asked them to return the extra money, they refused. As well, I had to pay a ₺12000 fee to stop early. Before I take this to the Prosecutor's Office, I hope Pronet will fix the problem and return the bills that were charged incorrectly.
