Cancel MyIQ Subscription and Stop Unauthorized Charges Immediately
I recently completed an IQ test on the website myiq.com.au and entered my card details for this purpose only. I did not knowingly agree to any ongoing subscription or recurring payments. On Friday, an amount was taken from my card by myiq.com.au. I was not informed clearly that there would be a continuous charge, and I did not give explicit consent for a subscription. I request the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment linked to my card and my details, and I do not want to be charged again in the future. Please confirm in writing that my subscription has been cancelled and that no further debits will occur. I also request that you remove my payment details from your system in line with privacy and data protection obligations.
