Profilo Refrigerator Stopped Cooling - All My Medicines&Food Were Wasted

Our refrigerator from the brand Profilo is not cooling and has broken down. All our medicines, food, and drinks inside were spoiled. We had the same issue a few weeks ago—when the technician came, they said the device had switched to demo mode. Everything we had at the time went straight to the trash. We refilled the fridge and repurchased our very expensive medications, but the same thing happened again. This time, they said all the parts of the refrigerator need to be replaced. We feel like we’re stuck in a cycle of waste and repair without any lasting solution. On top of that, our washing machine also broke down. Both appliances failing has caused us serious financial strain, and we are truly struggling because of this situation.
