Profilo Customer Service Disrespectful Attitude


We purchased a washing machine from Profilo. The warranty has expired, and the machine started making excessive noise. I called the service, and they said the spring was gone, but it didn't fix the issue. I called again, and they claimed we were overloading the machine with laundry. Even after reducing the load, the problem persisted. When I called again, they rudely told me not to call them anymore. Persisting, I was then told that I didn't know how to do laundry. Later, customer service claimed the issue was with the zipper. I pointed out that the noise occurred even when washing towels, and they blamed it on the zipper again. Today, I called a regular mechanic who found that the shock absorbers were faulty and the machine was worn out. I'm relieved that the annoying noise has finally stopped. I must commend Profilo's customer service and service team for their disrespectful attitude and lack of professionalism.
