Electrolux Washer Unstable Power Button, and Incompetent Service

I bought an Electrolux washing machine. I had to call their service three times, including installation. Finally, I realized that choosing this brand was a big mistake. They kept me waiting for days for the installation. On the second service visit, the machine was making a noise. They came, blamed me for the issue, and demanded payment. During the last service, the power button wasn't responding. I recorded a video and sent it to them. The technician arrived, claimed that there was nothing wrong with the machine, and dismissed the issue quickly, even though he faced the same problems with his own machine. The service vehicles had no branding, and one of the technicians was wearing a uniform from Franke, a different brand. What should I even say about this?
