Profilo Washer Dryer Service Delays and Unkept Promises

I bought a washing machine from Profilo, and the service was really awful. They totally wasted my whole day. I called multiple times, and every time they said they would call me back right away, but it never happened. They were supposed to come between 9 and 10 in the morning, but it was already 6 to 7 in the evening, and they still hadn't arrived. We spent the whole day waiting for the service, and they kept saying things like 'we're on our way, we'll be there soon,' but it messed up our plans. It seemed like they were making fun of us. Even though they're supposed to be a well-known company, their service was a complete disaster. I won't be dealing with Profilo anymore. I already spoke to the seller about returning the product. I'll probably go ahead with the return.
