Profilo Built-in Oven Installation Nightmare Still Unresolved

Even though I bought the Profilo built-in oven six days ago, it still hasn't been set up. I don't know why they're standing around. Even though it's already 7:00 PM, they haven't shown up yet. Do they plan to get there around dinner time? I'm sorry I bought this product because the service is so slow. We choose a well-known brand because we expect quality, but their actions are ruining our experience. I have guests coming over tomorrow, but the oven is still not set up. My kitchen doesn't have an oven that works. This is a very sad and frustrating situation. Since days, customer service hasn't been able to fix the problem. I want the delivery and installation to happen right away. Thank you.
