Hoover Installation Services are So Lousy, It's Been More Than a Month
We got a Hoover oven, and the service team has been trying to set it up for a whole month now – can you believe it? They kept stringing us along with promises like 'you'll be contacted today.' They said, 'We've notified the headquarters, we've notified the service team,' but there's been no action. It's been a total letdown. I've bought products from other brands, and they practically show up with the products at almost the same time. I've never seen a brand with such lousy service. A month without getting this oven up and running? Ridiculous. Hoover really needs to up its game in the service department.
