Bosch Hasn't Delivered My HSG7584B1 Oven Despite Purchase and Promised Delivery Date

On August 2, I bought a Bosch HSG7584B1 built-in oven from "Sezen Ticaret" in Diyarbakır. They promised to bring it no later than the first week of September. The bill for the oven was sent out on August 29, but it hasn't been shipped to the shop or my house yet. It's very irritating that I still don't have the oven even though I moved into my new house after getting married. The store and I haven't been able to find anyone who can give us clear information or fix the problem. It's really annoying not knowing when the oven will come. I just want this problem to be fixed so I can use the thing I paid for.
