For our address in the Belediye Evleri neighborhood of Çukurova, Adana, we purchased a Profilo built-in appliance set, a washing machine, and a dishwasher.
About 10 days ago, an installation team came to our home, but they neither installed the products properly nor tested them to make sure they were working. They said the exhaust pipe for the range hood was too large and that they would cut it and bring it back later. However, since that day, no one has called us or returned.
As for the washing machine and dishwasher, they did not even plug them in or connect the water lines. Despite this, they marked the installation as completed and even signed the authorized service forms on our behalf, ending the process without our consent.
During this time, when I contacted Profilo customer service, I was only told that a complaint record had been created and that I would be contacted, but no concrete action has been taken.
At a time when people struggle greatly to earn money, I find it completely unacceptable to receive such incomplete service and to have an installation falsely shown as completed when it clearly was not. I do not accept this situation in any way.
I demand that the products we purchased be installed immediately, fully, and properly, that the promise regarding the range hood exhaust pipe be fulfilled and the necessary work completed, and that appropriate action be taken regarding the authorized service signing installation documents without actually performing the installation.
Otherwise, I would like to state that I will exercise all my legal rights, including filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
