On December 25, 2022, I acquired a 10-piece household appliance set from the Profilo dealer at Kumsmall AVM in Kayseri, which included a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, and seven small appliances. On June 18, 2023, I requested that my orders be arranged. I also purchased an oven set on the same day. The business supplied invoices with the invoice numbers AAA2023000001918 and AAA2023000001916, indicating that all home appliances will be delivered to my Keşan/Edirne address. However, the products began to arrive at the vacation home in pieces. Initially, I was contacted by the dishwasher service. They told me that the delivery will be on July 12. I asked that they send everything together so that we could set it up all at once. They agreed, and on July 12, 2023, the business delivered the dishwasher to the vacation home in closed packaging without noting the necessity to inspect it upon arrival. My wife spotted a break on the top panel and a bent on the side sheet of the dishwasher when the service opened the packing on August 3, 2023. We called Profilo Complaints Line right away, demanding a replacement owing to the problem. However, on August 9, 2023, the Profilo Complaints Service called me and stated that they couldn't determine when the damage occurred, thus refusing a repair and even claiming that we would be paid if any part replacement was done. Profilo's authorized service brought and opened the dishwasher's package, however, they failed to underline the significance of examining the product upon delivery. The Profilo dealer at Kayseri Kumsmall AVM has showed full disregard for our problems, even failing to return my wife's phone calls. I'm supposed to face the repercussions of their various flaws. As a result of these circumstances, I am filing a complaint against the Keşan Bosch-Profilo approved service and the Profilo dealer at Kumsmall AVM. I demand that the faulty dishwasher be replaced and that the still-undelivered washing machine and oven set be delivered immediately.
