I bought a washing machine from Profilo, the cargo brought the product home and I received it because there were no tears or crushing in the box. When the service opened the box to install the product, they noticed that there were scratches on the product. When I asked for the product to be replaced with a new one, I received the answer that we can repair it. When I made a complaint about the issue, I saw that Profilo Turkey headquarters wanted to repair the zero product at home, what a disgraceful situation, they sell defective products and want to repair it at home without shame. I understood from the attitude of the employees that this situation is very normal in Profilo, a company that produces the poorest quality product of the bsh group, gives dealerships to anyone, somehow sells the product to the customer and then does not look at the customer's face. In short, it is a company that does not stand behind its products and has the mentality that we sold the product anyway.
