In July, I purchased an Arçelik 570476MG refrigerator from Trabzon Forum Ar Plaza. After 3 months, the paint on the doors and side panels of the refrigerator started to peel off in spots and the color began to change. This color change continues to worsen each day. We called Arçelik service, and they came to take pictures. Two hours later, they got back to me, saying that they could change the refrigerator doors, but the paint issues on the side panels were deemed "not affecting the use," so they wouldn’t fix it. What kind of reasoning is this? If the doors don’t affect the usage either, why are they being changed? In that case, why didn’t you just deliver it without any paint, since apparently not having paint wouldn't affect its use?

I own many products from different brands, but I’ve never seen a company as careless as Arçelik, one that doesn’t stand behind its products and mocks its customers. This is a company that doesn’t take its customers seriously and offers zero after-sales support. As a CRM specialist, I will do everything I can to make sure you lose more customers every day. You are faced with a company whose after-sales support is non-existent, whose team is clueless, and whose engineers mock their customers. Arçelik is a regret. The company, which promised to get back to me within 48 hours and offer a solution, has been silent for 10 days, and the refrigerator continues to lose its paint. If you can’t handle this and can’t stand behind your products, then close up shop and leave the market. Otherwise, I will continue to spread the word every day about how awful you are. I want you to know that five of my friends who are getting married have decided not to even visit an Arçelik store. And they’ve already been telling everyone around them how bad Arçelik is.

I hope your company, and especially the employees who reported "the peeling paint does not affect usage," will take this to heart.
