Our Bosch Inox refrigerator, which we've used for 3 years, started rusting on both the top and bottom doors. Strangely enough, the warranty had expired just 6 days prior. We were out of town, and when we noticed the issue upon returning, I immediately called, but they said it was out of warranty. First, this is not a user error; second, they didn't provide any assistance even though the warranty had only expired by 6 days; and third, when we purchased this product from Buyaka Mall, they sold it to us as a new product but sent a display model instead. After I complained, they were embarrassed and sent us a new one the next day. They didn't care about any of this and initially quoted a price of over ₺8000 for the two doors. I refused, the service came, took some photos, and charged us ₺400. Later, they called and offered a ₺1000 discount, which I still refused. They called again and offered a 50% discount. It felt like they were negotiating with me. I had no choice but to accept. They came and installed the new doors. In total, they took ₺4850 from me for the service and door replacement, despite the previous issue and the fact that the product rusted on its own. I do not accept this situation and will pursue my rights. I will do everything I can to get a refund for my expenses.

My complaint has not been resolved. They called me and informed me that they could not offer a solution. Does it mean that it is resolved just because they called and gave a negative response? It is clear that they want to make me go through the hassle of applying to Consumer Rights. Despite all the details I have explained, it is very surprising that a huge brand like Bosch is so helpless. I absolutely do not accept this situation.

They called again, saying they would call because I continued my complaint. They said they couldn't help again and hung up. I said I would continue to complain, and they said you would be called as long as you complain. They are literally mocking me. The reputation of your brand is also declining. Today, I also applied to Consumer Rights. I will continue to the end.
