PrinterPix Photo Book Fail! Immediate Resolution Or Full Refund
As a unique present for someone very significant, I purchased this fantastic photo book on April, when it came to be honest I was devastated. Found the images to be completely distorted, with blurriness and misalignment abounding. contacted your customer support team right away in the hopes that this would be resolved ASAP. They assured me that they would reprint it and send it to me immediately. Feeling quite down, more than two weeks have passed with no response whatsoever! No word on the status of the new photo book. Last week, attempted to get in touch once more, but the response was extremely evasive. When will the correct one be available? I have no clue. You claim to care deeply about satisfied customers and "won't rest until I am happy," so this whole thing is really getting under my skin. No need for it now as following the terms of your guarantee, would like a complete refund if having it fixed is no longer an option.
