Prime Video Subtitle Lag Issues – Requesting Immediate Fix for Smooth Viewing

Recently, I’ve started experiencing a frustrating delay with subtitles on Prime Video – they constantly lag behind the dialogue. I’ve tried multiple fixes, but nothing has worked, and it’s making the viewing experience unbearable. I prefer watching with subtitles rather than dubbing, so this is a significant issue for me.
Prime Video, please address this problem and provide a solution so subtitles can sync properly. I’m seriously considering canceling my subscription if this doesn’t improve.
