Unable to Access UHD Content on Prime Video for 2 Months
For the past two months, I have been unable to access UHD content on Prime Video. Despite reaching out to customer support 4-5 times, there has been no progress or solution. I’m paying for access to high-quality content, yet I cannot view it in UHD, even for titles that previously streamed in this quality. I’ve ensured all my phone settings are correctly configured, but the issue persists. Prime Video, please resolve this problem urgently so I can access the UHD content I’m paying for.
