Prime Video Locked My Account a Day After Subscription—Cannot Access or Resolve Issue

I subscribed to Prime Video, but just one day later, my account was locked with an error message. For the past week, I’ve tried logging in multiple times, but the same issue persists. Despite following all the troubleshooting steps provided on the platform, nothing has worked.
To make matters worse, I cannot reach anyone through live support to resolve this problem. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a service I can’t even access, with no proper assistance from Prime Video. I demand that my account be unlocked immediately or that I receive a full refund for the subscription. This lack of support is unacceptable for such a reputable service.
