Hulu's Three-Second Delay Ruins Watching Experience, Where's The Fix?

The sound is lagging behind the video by like, three whole seconds, almost every single time. Can you imagine watching a baseball game with that mess? Completely throws everything off! And it's not like it's a one-time thing. Happens every time I try to watch something. I've restarted my Firestick a million times, but nothing works. To top it all off, I've called tech support three times in the past two days, and all they can tell me is it's a "known issue" with no fix in sight. How can you leave a problem like this unaddressed for so long? Especially for people who pay good money for your service! We deserve better than lagging audio that ruins the whole viewing experience.
