I Can’t Watch Subtitled Shows on Todtv App Despite Full Access on Other Devices
I’m experiencing a serious issue with the Todtv app: I can’t watch any shows with subtitles on my own device. Strangely enough, the same content plays with subtitles on a different device, which clearly points to a platform-specific flaw—not a user error.
When I tried to get help, I hit one wall after another. The app directs me to the support chat, but there’s no option to report this kind of technical issue. I called customer service, hoping to speak to someone directly, but there was no clear explanation or guidance—just more confusion and wasted time.
This is extremely frustrating. I expect to watch content in the language I choose, especially when I’m paying for a full subscription. If I can’t access subtitles on my own device while it works on others, that means I’m not receiving the full service I paid for.
I’m demanding immediate technical support and a permanent fix for this issue. If the platform cannot provide consistent functionality across all devices, it needs to be addressed transparently. I will not accept incomplete or faulty service.
