Presentations.ai No Refund Policy Complaint

On November 1, 2025, I attempted to create an AI-generated presentation on Presentations.ai using the one-time download option. During the process, I made an incorrect selection. My order number is 10018253. As a result, I requested a refund for the $33 USD I paid. However, I only received a standard response from the company stating that refunds are not provided, and no goodwill or solution-oriented approach was shown.

Even though I explained in detail to customer service that the presentation was downloaded incorrectly and described the hardship I experienced, I was told that refunds are not issued as a matter of procedure. I paid by credit card, yet my personal situation was not considered at all, and I received only a generic policy-based response. This was very disappointing.

To prevent similar situations from happening to other users, I ask the company to prioritize customer satisfaction and reconsider my refund request.
