I Lost Money on Preply After Buying 4.5 Lessons—They Suspended My Account Without Reason



I purchased a 4.5-lesson private tutoring package on Preply, thinking it was a reliable platform. After completing just one lesson with Zidane Morris, Preply suspended my account without any explanation. I tried to reach them for help by creating a new account with a different email address—but as soon as I contacted them, they closed that account too.
For over a week, I’ve been trying to get answers, but their support keeps repeating the same vague message: “We will not provide more information. Your account is closed.” I told them I have an upcoming French exam and just want to change my email, but their finance specialist replied, “We won’t do that and we won’t discuss it further.”
Now I’ve lost ₺ worth of unused lessons, and I can’t even access the platform to request a refund or reschedule. I have 3.5 lessons left or deserve my money back—yet nobody is helping. This is completely unacceptable.
