Preply Closed My Account and Took My Balance Without Explanation




My two sons and I had been taking English lessons together on Preply for a long time. I had at least 8 reserved lessons and a balance of over ₺1800 in my account. However, Preply unexpectedly seized my money and lessons, closed my membership, and blocked my access to both. They didn’t provide any explanation for this action, and customer service hasn’t responded to the messages I sent, as shown in the attached screenshot. It feels incredibly unfair that they could take my money and lessons so easily without any justification. I hope no one else has to experience such treatment, and I urge Preply to resolve this issue and restore my account or provide a full refund.
