Preply Blocked My Account Without Warning Even Though I Followed All the Rules

I’m writing to report a serious issue with my Preply account. I suddenly lost access to my account without receiving any prior warning, explanation, or notification of a violation. I’ve never engaged in any behavior that would breach Preply’s terms or policies. On the contrary, I’ve used the platform respectfully and within all guidelines—regularly scheduling lessons with my tutor and even inviting friends to join Preply based on my positive experiences.

I’m incredibly frustrated that I’ve been locked out without cause. At the very least, I deserve a clear explanation for why this happened. Preply, please either restore my account immediately or provide a transparent reason for the restriction. I trusted your platform, and this treatment is extremely disappointing.
