Disappointed with Porsche Vehicle Delivery and Customer Service
I recently purchased a Porsche, and the experience was extremely disappointing due to the staff’s lack of professionalism and knowledge. The team delivering the car didn’t bother to explain its features and simply handed me the keys without any guidance. For a premium brand like Porsche, this is unacceptable.
Having owned a BMW before, I was accustomed to detailed explanations about the car’s features during delivery, which Porsche completely failed to provide. The staff seemed unprepared and dismissive, treating the handover as an inconvenience. This level of service does not match the reputation or price of the Porsche brand. I will not consider purchasing another Porsche, solely due to the poor customer service experience. Please address this issue.
