Porsche Macan Service Appointment: No Response for Loaner Car Request
I own a 2022 Porsche Macan and contacted the service center to schedule a maintenance appointment. I specifically requested a loaner car twice during these calls, but each time I was told they would get back to me—yet no one has followed up. The lack of communication and interest from the service team is extremely disappointing. It seems that because there are no other authorized Porsche service centers in Istanbul, they feel no urgency to address customer concerns. This level of neglect is unacceptable for a premium brand like Porsche. I demand that my loaner car request be fulfilled and that better customer service standards be implemented. Please resolve this issue promptly!
